These pathways link you to nearby parks and the planned Burke Mountain Village, encouraging exploration and fostering connections between like-minded locals.
PATHWAYS TO EXPLORE
From the DeBoville Slough to Smiling Creek, scenic trails surround Versant. Winding through forests and wetlands, these paths welcome hikers, runners, mountain bikers and birders of all ages.
A VILLAGE WAY OF LIFE
Meet for a coffee or meal at Ibex Café + Kitchen—the first piece of the future Burke Mountain Village. When complete, the village will be the Burke Mountain’s living heart, a walkable stretch of shops and eateries with a public plaza.
DISCOVERY AND PLAY
The neighbourhood’s many parks encourage kids to be curious about the natural world, while the incoming Northeast Community Centre will bring a pool, a fitness centre, a library and recreation spaces.
